Platforms & Gingham

Hello my lovelies. First off, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday! You all are the best! Secondly, for this post I was actually in Charleston, WV visiting my grandmother for a nice girls weekend. We stumbled upon this photo-worthy background and I just couldn’t pass up doing my latest blog post here.

Now, I know, I just did a blog post featuring a gingham top, but what can I say? I’m a women obsessed! Anyways, I wanted this look to be chic, but casual because we were doing a bit of walking around town and local antique stores. I went with my faded black tee for the comfort & paired my gingham ruffled skirt to keep it interesting. For my shoes, I chose my beige, platform oxfords; a serious must have for my wardrobe! To finish it off I wore my usual silver detailing and my Marc Jacobs bag (it’s seriously so roomy, I can fit everything I need!). Overall, it was a great outfit that made me feel great while I was out and about on my girls day. Till next time xx
